About Running of the Bulls (San Fermín)

San Fermín runs from 6 to 14 July every year. It opens with the chupinazo rocket at noon on 6 July in the Plaza Consistorial.

Each morning from 7 to 14 July the encierro starts at 08:00 and covers about 850 metres from the Santo Domingo corrals to the bullring, usually in under four minutes.

Watching from the street barriers is free. Balconies along Calle Estafeta are rented privately, and bullring seats for the end of the run are sold separately.
